Frank Prindle

I am a 1974 West Point graduate and spent 22 years on active duty in the Army. For more than 10 years, our real estate team of Prindle, Ryan & Associates has sold over 500 homes in the Greater DC area. In fact, we are currently ranked in the top 20 teams in Virginia and have achieved Hall of Fame status. We have built a team of professionals to help us be in 10 places at once, and therefore greatly enhance the quality of service we can deliver to our clients. This is basically how other professionals like your banker or lawyer operate. And on top of this, we've used cutting edge technology to dramatically improve the speed, efficiency and innovative capabilities of every part of the service we deliver. We don't expect you to care about the fine-details of the inner-workings of our office. What you should care about is simply this: because of the highly unique way we've structured our real estate office, we have extensive home selling experience that puts more money in our client's pockets.

Tony Barrios , Frank Prindle and Associates

Tony Barrios

Tony Otto Barrios began getting a taste of what would become an obsession with Real Estate in 1998, when he was producing, directing and hosting his own TV Show in the Arlington Community Television known then as Channel 69, (Now Arlington Independent Media) The show was aimed to inform the Community of different issues  (Immigration, Taxes, Child Abuse a Children Show etc)…Then at the end of 1999 he tried to purchase his first Townhome, but he felt his knowledge of the matter was very little, so he decided to start a series of interviews of local Real Estate Agents, Loan Officers, Title Companies,  Home Inspectors, and in each new interview he felt more confident in asking better questions. These interviews lead to viewers asking him to help them sell and purchase homes.

By 2001 he decided to get his Virginia License with the goal of providing answers to all the questions a Home Seller or Home Buyer might have. To this day he has help more than 180 families negotiate the buying and selling of their homes worth more than $53,500,000, with many of them being referred by past clients who were happy with their results. Tony has helped clients with buying & selling: Short Sales, Foreclosures, HUD homes, Investment Properties, Residential, Commercial as well as Land.

If you have any questions about Real Estate or of Different Loan Programs call Tony today and he will answer all your questions under no obligation.
